The service staff I dealt with handled my concern with tact and diplomacy. They were clearly very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the blower motor issue (which is being corrected under warranty).

I required next day service on a Subaru Crosstrek before leaving town yet I didn’t have an appointment.
I contacted Wolf Subaru (after hours) through their website, received an immediate response via a friendly online chat rep, was asked a few questions and was put in contact with the Service Manager (Hubert) who quickly got back to me (again after hours) - and without hesitation, slotted me in for service (Oil Change) first thing the next morning.
A big thanks to all at Subaru who went out of their way (on an already very busy morning) to get me back on the road.
Shortly after booking a test drive through the website, Chris contacted me arranging day and time that was best for me. From there on, it was a seamless experience. He answered all my questions, sent updates and pictures regarding the vehicle I have chosen. I never felt pressured into anything.
This is my 3rd Subaru (1st brand new) and I love it! I will definitely buy my next one here!
From having my other Subaru, I especially appreciate the service department. They are organized about reminding you of appointments due and they are very efficient when it comes to servicing the vehicle. Additionally, the guys at the counter are great to deal with. I have never left confused or thinking that something unnecessary was performed.

After a horrific rollover accident in my 2015 Subaru Outback, I, as well as the doctors in the Trauma unit, realized the quality and construction of the Subaru saved my life. As a result I decided to purchase another Subaru and decided to go to Wolfe Subaru on Boundary because I had had some unpleasant and demeaning experiences at a Subaru dealership on Marine in Vancouver. When I entered the Boundary dealership, I was fortunate to meet sales consultant Robert Chow, an amenable professional, knowledgeable about the Subaru products, and compassionate, supportive and focussed on his client. He helped me to clarify my driving needs and showed me some vehicles that were a fit. During my test drive he explained clearly and in great detail the optional settings and other perks of the vehicle until I exclaimed “Robert!! You are better than Youtube!!” My entire experience with Robert Chow and the warmth of others at the dealership was positive and uplifting. I have complete confidence in recommending the Subaru product, the professionalism of Wolfe Subaru Boundary staff and most of all Robert Chow to any and all who are looking for a positive experience.

Wolfe Auto Group’s 2nd Annual Summer Food Drive generated a total of $29,300 plus food donations to be shared between Surrey Foodbank & Vancouver Foodbank. This year’s amazing total was made up of staff and customer contributions plus $100 for every car purchased during July. Fortunately for the Foodbanks, business was brisk at Wolfe’s Mazda, Subaru and Mitsubishi dealers on Langley Bypass and also at their Subaru location on Boundary Road.
