OUR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST

Customer service is arguably the most important, as well as the most challenging, aspect of any business. Wolfe Auto Group has been in business for nearly 30 years, and we know all too well how hard we have to work, to ensure all our customers leave feeling like they've received nothing but the best treatment.

When we receive negative feedback from clients, we truly feel like we've failed at what is our most important goal.

We recently had such a client, and the story was widely published on the internet.

If you missed the story, a prominent social media personality and Subaru enthusiast, going by the name @__Natsy on Instagram, left our dealership with an experience that went well beyond disappointing. Luckily, we have been able to repair the damage done, and are even moving towards friendship!

A message from Mike Hacquard, Vice-President, Wolfe Auto Group:

"I am happy to say, we seem to be well on our way to resolving all the problems and have also taken some action to ensure this never happens again. Also important for me to say, people make mistakes, we are sorry for the trouble this customer went through and we have all learned from it. I have personally apologized to our client and she has my commitment that we will do our usual best to accommodate her in any way we can."

After meeting with our team, and having her car inspected by our senior technical staff, a resolution was found. Natsy will be back out in her car very soon!

Here's what she had to say:

"I had a sit down meeting with Marc and Mike from Wolfe Subaru and they have been nothing short of impressive. Really trying to mend the situation and helping me out."

Upon inspection of her car we did not find any damage to the undercarriage, therefore driver abuse was not the cause of the mechanical failure, and repairs were covered under warranty.

At Wolfe, it has always been our goal, to please everyone that walks through our doors. Is this a realistic goal? Our philosophy; as long as our team is always thinking that way, and if our actions are within the spirit of customer satisfaction, then we will always succeed in the long run.
