These guys went above and beyond to get me serviced and on my way safely. I arrived much later than intended due to a traffic accident along the way, and the service adviser took the initiative to handle my wheel lock issue despite me showing up 5 minutes before closing. I called to inquire about my air bag recall and the service lady said they would order and call me when the part was in. She was super efficient and knew exactly what I needed. A few weeks later I got a call back to schedule my repair. Repair was done in under two hours.

Waiting area was pleasant, had Internet, TV, beverages, and even a spot for a dog?!!

Service could be improved if they would notify newer customers about the the waiting area, parking area and the service drive thru for us not familiar with your dealership. I've only been there a total of two times and the first was when that location first opened.

We purchased our 2017 Subaru in August 2016 from Wolfe Subaru at the Boundary location. Robert Chow was very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful through our shopping process. We visited him a couple of times over the course of 2-3 months of shopping and evaluating the many makes and models available out in the market. When we finally decided to purchase a Subaru, Robert was most helpful in finalizing our choice. he provided great service to set up our new vehicle and was most organized and efficient with the paper work. Natalie was also a great help informing us of the various protection plans. Overall our experience has been great. Our first service appointment was in response to the recent call back to top up fluid in our new vehicle. Exceptional service. Hamid was helping us throughout and his attitude and professionalism was top notch. His willingliness to provide me the help I needed was the reason I chose them over the other dealership I was dealing with. He gave us the keys for the test drive which was awesome. We got our first Subby from this dealer, and the service was great: friendly, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that the staff there is not pushy --we've been to other dealers and that was the number one reason for walking out and never coming back.

Hubert & everyone involved were incredible & went far beyond their job descriptions to deal with a persistent warranty problem in which every warning light in my 2015 Subaru came on repeatedly. It was apparently a fuel sensor problem - though I confess I still don't understand why that triggered 4 wheel drive, camera & skid prevention warnings - but shipping a new sensor in from Toronto & installing it seems to have solved the problem. It took two weeks from my Subaru roadside assist tow to Wolfe Subaru to the part arriving & being installed, but along the way everyone was kind, helpful & very supportive, giving me a loaner car & rides to & from my office & I'm still telling business contacts & friends how great you are!

Jay made this first time purchasing of a car experience a pleasure. He was not at all overly aggressive and he took plenty of time to explain the details of the vehicle I purchased. He answered all my questions and took plenty of time to ensure I was comfortable in driving away in both the courtesy car and then my own vehicle when it was ready to be picked up. I feel I got a fair price on the vehicle I traded in and was especially pleased with the tire storage program, which makes the bi-annual tire change out really simple and inexpensive. Two of the other cars salesmen engaged me in pleasant conversation while I was waiting for Jay. Overall, it was such a positive experience.

The Wolfe Boundary Rd service team went above and beyond expectations. You have a gem in Shawn, he is very concerned for your customers, and as my visit to the service dept. was an issue, not a regular maintenance visit, his type of compassion was much appreciated. The rear wheel bearings had to be replaced, which we believed was an unusual service for a 2014 vehicle with 118,000K. Because of this concern, we involved Hubert the service manager as well, he was very reassuring, and facilitated a happy outcome. As it turned out a couple of days later, I believed I heard a re occurrence of the sound that brought me into Wolfe in the first place. The initial service was replacement of rear wheel bearings, but when I returned, as I had snow tires on my car, Robert the mechanic switched them to regular tires so we could eliminate the snow as a reason for the noise. It diminished the sound substantially, and they rechecked the front wheel bearings as a caution. Many of the service team listened to my car, on this second trip and reassured me what I was hearing was road noise do to snow.

Shawn was very helpful and pleasant. He got the job done quickly and even waited for me to get there before closing time. I forgot to tell him bout my panel under my passenger side console, but I know he will be able to fix it next time. A rear seat was not flush against the other and he fixed it. Also, I needed an auto body shop and he recommended someone down the street and said that if parts are needed he could easily get it to them as they are close by. All great work. Thank you.

I was told this dealership is NO BS and it stood by its words, I was not forced into any sales, and no aggressive sales tactics were made on me, the decision was TOTALLY ME, they did not try to force me into anything.
They gave me an absolutely GREAT deal for my 2017 BRZ and worked with me to really meet my budget!

I just purchased my third Outback, and first car from Wolfe. I am truly shocked at how good my experience was. My salesman Chris was extremely patient with me as it took over 3 test drives to decide on which engine I wanted to go with (3.6R is the way to go) I always cringe at the thought of walking into a dealership and having the salesmen pounce on you like vultures, and that’s why I walked away from two of the other, closer, Subaru dealers. Chris was very honest and relaxed. No pressure at all and this is the main reason why I felt comfortable spending my money with Wolfe. I did all my research and even though there is a waiting list for these cars, we were able to work out a fair deal quickly without all the BS….. To the Owner: When I originally contacted Chris over email, I was curious why the pricing was different than some of the other stores. To my amazement, the prices online included freight, pdi and the fees! THANK YOU to Wolfe & Chris for being so honest and cutting out all the typical games that make people hate buying cars. This is basically the only dealership I would feel comfortable sending my friends and family to. Bravo chaps.
